Bio's:
Roberta Nole, M.A., P.T., C.Ped.
Roberta is owner of Stride Inc. Custom Foot Orthotic Laboratory,
and Stride Physical Therapy and Pedorthic Center in Middlebury, CT. She is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where
she received a Bachelor's degree in biochemistry; and is also a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she received
a Master's degree in Sports Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. She received her certification in Pedorthics
in 1992 at Northwestern University.
She has developed a clinical specialty in biomechanical foot and ankle
examination and orthotic treatment, and has been practicing in this area for 20 years. She is a published author on this
subject in Orthotics & Prosthetics in Rehabilitation, Butterworth and Heinmann, Boston, 2000.
She has written and instructs a continuing education lecture series
based on basic and advanced level biomechanical foot and ankle concepts and evaluation methods. Her advanced level programs
are original in content and are based on her novel patented methods of foot assessment, identifying a methodology for classification
of 24 adult foot types. She is an adjunct professor of physical therapy at Quinnipiac University, in Hamden, CT where she
continues to conduct research on her foot classification method. She is a member in good standing of the American Physical
Therapy Association and the Pedorthic Footwear Association.

Joe Coletta, Certified Pedorthist
A Certified Pedorthist since 1993, Joe specializes in biomechanical foot evaluation and
orthotic fabrication. He is Director of Pedorthics at LaTorre Orthopedic Laboratory in Albany, NY. He is a graduate of Maria
College in Albany (A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant), and the Pedorthics Program of Ball State in Muncie, IN. He works
and lectures extensively for Stride,Inc. Custom Foot Orthotic Laboratory on the subject of foot biomechanics, evaluation methods
and orthotic design. He is currently assisting in the research and development of a unique classification method for assessing
adult foot types at Quinnipiac University. He is a member in good standing of the Pedorthic Footwear Association.
